OVERVIEW.

HireSoul is a SaaS-based hiring platform designed to digitize and optimize the entire hiring process for Essvee HR Consultancy, a large-scale HR firm. The primary goal was to move away from manual, spreadsheet-based tracking to a more efficient, automated system, significantly reducing time consumption, inefficiencies, and human errors in recruitment, follow-ups, and client onboarding.


Challenges Identified

  • Heavy reliance on spreadsheets – Candidate details, job openings, follow-ups, and client onboarding were all managed manually.

  • Inefficient tracking – HR professionals struggled with updating and maintaining real-time hiring data.

  • Lack of automation – Every step, from shortlisting to hiring, required manual effort, leading to delays and miscommunication.

  • Scalability issues – As the consultancy grew, managing high volumes of data became overwhelming.

To design an intuitive, structured, and scalable platform, a detailed research and requirement gathering process was undertaken:

  3. Feature Planning & Validation
